- 50% of total accommodation if cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival
- 100% of total accommodation if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival

Child Policy
- This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old
- Persons from 12 and older are considered as adults and will therefore require a separate suite at the applicable rate
- Children sharing with adults are accommodated in Duplex Suites in a cot and or on roll-away beds
0-3 years old (sharing with adult)
- are accommodated in a cot on a complimentary basis
- are not permitted at the Kraal pool and gym
4-11 year old (sharing with adult)
- are accommodated on a roll-away bed at R310 per child, inclusive of breakfast
- depending on the availability of suites with a roll-away bed
- are not permitted at the Kraal pool and gym area
- Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own suite) will be charged the normal suite rate
- Roll-away beds can accommodate a maximum of one child per roll-away bed
- Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot
- Suites can have a maximum of 2 roll-away beds per suite
- Child minding facilities are available at an additional cost and by prior arrangement
- Inflation Beaters are not applicable to children sharing with two adults
